How Its Made!
Every Push Pin Travel Map is handcrafted in The United States of America (Denver, CO to be exact!). We take great pride in every map we produce. We start by professionally dry mounting your map to sturdy foamcore board. Our framing experts then place the map in the stylish frame of your choice, which we build in house. Next a wire hanging kit is installed, so your map arrives ready to hang right out of the box. We even include a nail and hanger so you can easily hang your map on the wall. Difference Between Paper and Canvas...
Our Paper Maps can be personalized with a metal plaque that is affixed to the map. Our Framed Canvas Maps, Gallery Wrapped Maps, Large 3 Panel Maps and Canvas Posters will have your personalization printed directly on the map itself, using one of our 9 unique personalization templates.
Additionally, our paper maps have a smooth finish and our canvas maps have a textured look and feel. Both paper and canvas maps are mounted to foamcore board, which is what holds the pins in place. Both versions are high quality and will last you a very long time. Basically, it comes down to a matter of personal preference!

I have a collection of lapel pins collected from heads of a fraternal organization that is in all 50 states and other places in the world. I used the map to display those pins. It worked great and I am extremely happy with how the display worked out. The owners, seeing a request for an inscription that was out of ordinary for their usual orders corresponded by email to make sure that everything was correct before the map was printed. Thank you so much for being part of my memories.
This map was more than I expected. (It’s tough these days buying items off the internet from just seeing photos).
But this is wonderful! I hung it in my office (thanks for the hanging hardware) and already have put in some pins!!!
If anyone is hesitant about this, stop your worrying.

Besides the beauty and quality of the map, the customer service from Push Pin Travel Maps is stellar! Before ordering I had some questions and was able to use the chat feature to quickly get answers. They even sent me photos to help me make a choice on the frame. After placing my order I realized I had forgotten to order some specialty pins. A quick phone call and that was taken care of as well. The map shipped the day after I ordered it and arrived the day after it shipped. When my husband opened it, it was completely ready to hang. Even the nail and a hook were included. I love it! You get what you see in the pictures online. My family was thrilled and surprised by the custom name and legand. My only comment would be I would have liked a few more cities listed in each state where possible. Even if it was just another option you can add for an extra cost, I would have paid. Thank you!
We love our wall map. It is helping us celebrate our quest to run a 5K in all 50 states. We put numbered flags to mark each race. The canvas map is very high quality with enough detail to find specific geographies and is still visibly appealing to hang on the wall. The quote and personalized features makes the map very special. We are surrounding the map with our favorite pictures from our travels. Turn around time for delivery was very quick at Christmas time.

We have been thinking about doing this ever since we got married and decided to go one 1 trip a year. For our 4 year anniversary I found this personalized travel map that matched perfectly with what I had in mind.
