You may return new, unpinned, non-personalized maps within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Orders purchased in November and December have 90 days to initiate a return. Return shipping will be at the buyers expense, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
To initiate the return, simply email us at Info@PushPinTravelMaps.com and we will begin processing your return. Please securely package up the map in its original box so that it arrives back to us in new condition. Once we receive the return, we will credit the card you used to place the order.
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return procedures listed above. After you initiate your return, simply place a new order online. That way we will start making your map right away and get it out to you fast, so you do not have to wait for us to receive the returned item. Once we receive the return, we will issue you a refund for the returned map in accordance with our return policy above.
Due to their custom nature, personalized maps cannot be returned or exchanged. We will print your personalization on the plaque exactly how you enter it online, so please double check to make sure it is accurate before placing your order.
Shipping and Processing Time Frame-US Orders
All of our framed Push Pin Travel Maps are hand made to order, right here in the USA. Therefore, it may take up to 1 to 3 business days to process your map and get it shipped out to you. We ship all maps via FedEx. Transit time varies by location but should not exceed 6 business days*. We are located in Denver, Colorado, so locations closer to us will arrive quicker.
Expedited shipping is available and can be added during the checkout process. The rate is calculated based on the shipping destination.
Orders for Map Pins purchased without a map will generally ship within 1-3 business days, via USPS.
Orders for our unframed DIY Map Kits are shipped within 1-3 business days, via USPS.

*Please Note: In some rare cases, unexpected events such extreme weather or natural disasters may delay FedEx, UPS or the USPS. We appreciate your understanding in these instances that are outside of our control.
Shipping is free on all orders over $100 to the Continental US. Unfortunately, due to the size of our boxes, shipping costs are extremely high to ship outside of the Continental US. Therefore, we will to ship to Hawaii and Alaska for an additional shipping fee. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS.
APO and FPO Orders
We will ship to APO and FPO addresses for an additional shipping fee. In order to ship to these locations, we must ship via USPS, and their rates are much higher then our rates with FedEx. Transit time varies substantially, so we can not guarantee an arrival date for APO/FPO orders.
Orders being shipped to Canada are shipped via the carrier selected at checkout. Transit time varies substantially due to the customs clearing process, so we can not guarantee an arrival date. Most orders should arrive in 2-3 weeks after shipping, but it could take longer. Once your order leaves our hands, it is at the mercy of the shipping provider.
PLEASE NOTE: Canada Customs may asses GST, HST or PST taxes at their discretion. These taxes can be anywhere from 5%-15% of the items total value, depending on the provincial destination. Buyer is responsible for any taxes levied by their home country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they could be or when they may occur.
The only shipping method that includes duties and taxes is our FedEx International Economy option. Most orders with this option arrive within 1 week of being shipped.
We are unable to ship our framed maps to P.O. Boxes as we ship via FedEx and they do not offer this service.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Shipping our maps is very expensive. If a map is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will not reship the map without payment of additional shipping charges($20). Please contact us at email@example.com to arrange reshipment.
Other International Destinations
We are able to ship to International destinations for an additional shipping fee. All orders will be shipped via the shipping option chosen at checkout. Due to various factors outside of our control we can not guarantee international delivery dates. Most orders should arrive within 2-4 weeks after shipping, depending on the shipping option chosen at checkout. The destination country may or may not collect Taxes and Duties upon delivery. Those charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The only shipping method that includes duties and taxes is our FedEx International Economy option. Most orders shipped using this option arrive around 1 week after being shipped.
