How Its Made!
Every Push Pin Travel Map is handcrafted in The United States of America (Denver, CO to be exact!). We take great pride in every map we produce. We start by professionally dry mounting your map to sturdy foamcore board. Our framing experts then place the map in the stylish frame of your choice, which we build in house. Next a wire hanging kit is installed, so your map arrives ready to hang right out of the box. We even include a nail and hanger so you can easily hang your map on the wall. Difference Between Paper and Canvas...
Our Paper Maps can be personalized with a metal plaque that is affixed to the map. Our Framed Canvas Maps, Gallery Wrapped Maps, Large 3 Panel Maps and Canvas Posters will have your personalization printed directly on the map itself, using one of our 9 unique personalization templates.
Additionally, our paper maps have a smooth finish and our canvas maps have a textured look and feel. Both paper and canvas maps are mounted to foamcore board, which is what holds the pins in place. Both versions are high quality and will last you a very long time. Basically, it comes down to a matter of personal preference!

This map exceeded my expectations! My family loves to travel and track (especially my 10-year old!) how many state and counties we have been to and we did it by list before. I saw this map online and thought it would be fun plus fill and blank wall behind my desk so my zoom friends wouldn’t stare at a white wall anymore. It turned out fantastic. I have been searching for a pushpin travel map for quite some time however, many of them appear to be poor quality, or are extremely expensive. When I found this seller with this map, and saw great reviews and appearing to be good quality and was also not going to break the bank, I went for it and I’m so glad I did! It looks very nice, is good quality, and is exactly as described. The custom plaque came out exactly as I requested. The only downfall that I noticed is some of the state lines, specifically in the United States on the map, are partially incomplete, however, it is not overly noticeable and is minor, just a little bit odd when we were searching for specific locations to put our pins in it was difficult to determine where to place it due to the inconsistent lines. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.
Very nice product with extremely fast production and shipping. Only wish the frame was built of solid wood and not vinyl wrapped fiberboard. But still, it doesn’t look too bad.
The board arrived quickly and looked exactly as described. I am so thrilled with it. It’s a great conversation piece when people are over and it has served as an inspiration to my children to explore places we have yet to go.

We purchased this map to our family could track our travels. It's very professionally made, high quality and the design looks great on our wall. Our child enjoys adding pins to new cities as he explores them.
The map is perfect! Pins are easy to insert and the detail is top notch. The wood frame is also great quality and should last forever. The shipping materials were also very strong which I admired. Some shipping damage occurred to the outer cardboard box, but because heavier corrugate was used there was zero damage to the map.

Arrived quickly and was well packaged to avoid shipping damage. Very happy with this map! It came with red, black and white push pins. They unfortunately do not match the aesthetic I was going for, but was very nice for them to include! I have the "Earth Tone" map and used silver, gunmetal, and gold pins to indicate where my partner and I have gone separately and together. :)
Printing errors? Several states do not have their capitals marked. I think rivers were given precedent over borders so where rivers create the borders, it looks a little odd. Unique! I like that major rivers are included!

This Earth Toned World map has actually been designed to be less detailed so as to appear less 'cluttered' compared to some other maps. This means that some details were purposefully left out. The map features all the world countries and their capitals highlighted with a star, and the US states are not labeled but the major cities in the US are listed, not necessarily state capitals. If the border of a state is a river then that is used as the natural boundary of the state. Hope this clears everything up! Please do let us know if you have any other questions. LOVE MY NEW MAP! The size and scale is perfect for my home office. As a consultant, I traveled through North America for many years.
